Étape is a Polish brand created in 2019.
We are characterized by strict, but very feminine and timeless aesthetics.
Our shoes and accessories are handmade in cooperation with local artisans. We strive to make every detail refined. The skins we choose for our production are imported from Spain and undergo a vegetable tanning process - without the use of chemicals. Vegetable tanning is a natural way of processing leather. This process uses naturally occurring tannins in nature, such as branches, bark, pods and, in some techniques, even fruit. The tanning process itself takes up to several months.
