VII. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return conditions:
- item must be unused,
- no signs of wear,
- original tags and packaging included.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
After approval of the return, the seller refunds:
- the full order amount,
- including the original delivery cost.
VIII. Complaints (Warranty Claims)

The message should include:
- order number,
- description of the issue,
- photos (if possible).
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.

- natural signs of use,
