The Store operates on the Shoper e-commerce platform.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the online store, placing orders, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, returns, complaints, and other services available in the Store.
The Customer is required to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
II. DEFINITIONS

Customer – a natural person or business placing an order
Product – goods offered in the Store
Sales Agreement – distance contract concluded via the Store
Shoper – e-commerce software provider
III. PLACING ORDERS
- Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store website.
- The condition for order processing is providing correct Customer data.
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement.
- The Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.
IV. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
- All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
- Available payment methods:
- PayPal
- Direct bank transfer
- The Customer is required to make payment within 24 hours from placing the order.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order is automatically cancelled.
- Order processing begins after payment is received.
V. ORDER PROCESSING
- Order processing time is up to 48 business hours after payment is received.
- Delivery time depends on the carrier and is not controlled by the Seller.
- Orders are fulfilled from the logistics warehouse GO Logistics.
VI. DELIVERY
- Delivery is available within Poland and selected EU countries.
- Available delivery methods:
- InPost Parcel Lockers
- InPost Courier
- DHL (international shipments)
- Delivery costs are shown during checkout.
VII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
- Returns are accepted only for products that are:
- unused
- without signs of wear
- with original tags and packaging

- The Customer bears the cost of return shipping.
- The Seller refunds the full order amount (including original shipping cost) within 14 days after receiving the return.
VIII. COMPLAINTS
- The Seller is responsible for product conformity in accordance with applicable law.

- A complaint should include:
- Customer details
- order number
- description of the issue
- photos (if possible)
- Complaints are processed within 14 days.
- Natural signs of use resulting from normal wear do not constitute grounds for complaint.
- If a complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
IX. INVOICES
- The Seller issues personal and business invoices.
- Invoices are generated and sent automatically via the Fakturownia system to the email address provided during the order after payment is received.
X. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
- Creating an account is optional.
- The Customer may delete their account at any time.
- The account allows access to order history.
XI. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
- The data controller is étape Maja Rymuza.
- Personal data is processed only for order fulfillment purposes.
- Data may be shared with:
- PayPal payment provider
- courier companies
- GO Logistics warehouse operator
- Shoper platform
- Fakturownia invoicing system
- The Customer has the right to:

XII. COOKIES

- The validity period of a gift card is 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
