RETURNS

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. If the indicated date has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or a refund. The day of return is counted from the date of receipt of the shipment (inclusive) until the date of sending the return shipment.

To make a return, the parcel must not show signs of use, it must be sent back in the same condition as the customer received it (box, dust bag and a set of attached tags). First of all, please inform us by e-mail about sending the return parcel, obligatorily ALONG WITH THE DELIVERY NUMBER. It must be returned in its original packaging.

If your return is approved by us, we will immediately transfer the funds to the account number provided by you.
